FAQ

Questions, answered

Clear answers about AI generation, workflow, brand control, and publishing.

How is Postpane different from Buffer or Hootsuite?

Buffer and Hootsuite are schedulers — you bring the content, they handle the timing. Postpane starts upstream: it generates the content, designs it for every platform, and then publishes it. You don't need a separate AI writer, design tool, or scheduler.

Does Postpane replace Canva for social content?

For social content, yes. Postpane handles branded layouts and visual design for posts without requiring design skills or a separate tool. If you need complex brand identity work, you'd still use Figma or Canva — but for your day-to-day content workflow, Postpane replaces it.

How does the AI generation work?

Describe your idea in plain language — a sentence, a campaign angle, or a topic. Postpane generates a complete branded post with copy and visual design applied, then opens it in the editor so you can refine and export. The AI adapts copy length and tone for each platform automatically.

Can I match my brand colors and fonts?

Yes. Set your brand colors, typography, and logo once. Postpane applies your brand system to every piece of content you generate — so you get consistent output without manually adjusting each post.

Can I publish directly to Instagram or Facebook?

Direct publishing is coming soon. You'll be able to connect your social accounts and publish finished posts straight from Postpane without downloading or manually uploading. For now, you can export platform-ready assets and post them yourself.

Is this only for large teams?

No. Postpane is built for any team size — solo founders, individual creators, and growing marketing teams. The Free plan is a genuine starting point, not a locked-down trial.
