Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The free plan never expires and doesn't need a credit card. It's a real working plan — not a locked-down trial. Stay on it as long as you like and upgrade only when your needs grow.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.
What counts as a 'channel'?
A channel is one connected social account — for example, one Instagram page or one LinkedIn profile. Add-on channels cost $5.00 each per month and can be added to any paid plan.
What does 'priority processing' mean for AI?
Free plan generations run in a standard queue, so they can take a little longer at busy times. Paid plans skip the queue — your ideas, captions, and designs generate at full speed, every time.
How is Postpane different from Buffer or Hootsuite?
Postpane schedules and publishes the way they do — one calendar, your connected accounts, posts going out on time. The difference is what happens before the calendar: Postpane also writes the caption and designs the visual, on brand, for each platform.
