What is brand voice?

The consistent personality and tone your brand uses across everything it writes.

Brand voice is how your brand sounds — the word choices, rhythm, and attitude that stay consistent whether you're writing a caption, a reply, or an email. A brand voice might be warm and plainspoken, bold and irreverent, or precise and expert. The point is that it's recognizable and repeatable.
